Return Eligibility
- You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
- Items must be in their original condition: unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging with all tags intact.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our Customer Support team at limitlesspump.care@gmail.com within the 14-day window.
- Provide your order number and details about the item(s) you’d like to return.
- Our team will guide you through the return process, including providing the return address.

Self-returns are not allowed. All returns must be processed through our Customer Support team.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item received.
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).
Exclusions
- Clearance or sale items are non-refundable.
- Returns initiated after the 14-day period will not be accepted.
